Inspiration Behind Design
Our primary design inspiration stems from the unique characteristics of our site, which guides us in establishing a distinct identity for this development. We set out to craft a modern take on traditional Mauritian architecture while respecting its rich history through elements like stone walls, metal roofing with shingles or thatch, and spacious terraces.
Traditional Integration
We've meticulously incorporated traditional features into our designs by showcasing historic stone walls, pitched roofs adorned with either metal sheets or local thatching materials, as well as extensive garden spaces - featuring both a mn garden offering scenic views and pools where possible, along with secluded private areas. Patios and outdoor bathrooms have been strategically included to enhance the lifestyle experience, while kitchens and bathrooms were designed with an eye on modernity without compromising comfort.
Comfort and Modern Amenities
Our focus is on creating living spaces that are both comfortable and equipped with contemporary amenities. We've pd special attention to bling indoor and outdoor living, making use of breathtaking views and natural landscapes as a backdrop. Materials like stone, wood, and metal have been thoughtfully chosen to reflect the nearby sugar mill's heritage.
